At 3 km from the village of Cotignac, this villa is overlooking the country land and onto a Provencal garden with a swimming pool of 6 x 12 approx.

At the second floor, 2 bedrooms furnished with antic provencal furniture, one with double bed, one with 2 single beds.They have access on the sunny terrace One bath room nicely tiled. Separate WC.

The house can be used per 6 people. In this case on the first floor the bedroom and shower and 1 WC will be closed.

Within sight of Cotignac, is the "Bessillon montain". On a small hill at the western edge of Cotignac, is situated the ancien and holy chapel of Notre Dame des Grace famous in local history for hundreds years and surrounded by fragrant pines.
In nearby, Montfort on Argens river, is the old chateau of the "Templiers".the 12th century headquarters of the order of Aix en Provence and the "Cezanne" landscapes near the painter's favorite montain "Ste. Victoire".
