As a result, excellent starting point to visit local POIs, but also Antibe (30min by foot) or Nice (30 min train) or Monaco (1h train). Good room, with a big terace and a second balcony. It's a what people look for when they decide to go to Nice although much better than the metropole. A city without giant buildings, great beachside walks and small streets at night. But mostly, the location (in the middle of the Cote D'Azur) makes it perfect for people who rent a car and aim to go on roadtrips or visit places like Monaco, Marseille, etc.

French coastal village.
French coastal village. Endless bars and restaurants to choose from New beach is our favourite. Sun loungers need to be pre booked and are not cheap. BUT the staff work so hard there running up and down servicing the sun bathers. Long seafront walk large amount of shops to browse. Cocktail bars Casino.

The place was nice, our hotel was superb, however the restaurants in the city need improvement (takes more than 40 minutes to get your order even if it is from daily menu) only in the tai restaurant we got better service. Additionally the beach facilities should be reserved online otherwise you will pay a lot of money.... We didn't know that so it was an unpleasant surprise.

We love Juan-les-Pins!
We love Juan-les-Pins! The beach is beautiful, the people seem friendly and there are many delicious restaurants, grocery stores, and boutiques within easy walking distance, The town seems very pedestrian friendly and safe. Juan-les-Pins is in an ideal location to visit many other areas of the south of France. One can easily take the train, ferry, or even hire a private driver to visit other towns and villages. We plan to return next year we like Juan-les-Pins so much.
Absolutely lovely stay thanks to amazing people creating this hotel. At our arrival Christoph has given us all the information needed and was very helpful and charming (he also helped us with reservation at the Plage les Pirates - Pinede, in my opinion the nicest beach in Juan les Pins). Our room had a beautiful, spacious balcony with the view of the neighborhood. Charming swimming pool and the breakfast outdoor with a very nice choice of local products have made our short vacation even nicer. I’m already planning my next stay.
The hotel was lovely and full of character, had a comfortable homely feel and was stylish and clean. The location was in the perfect part of Juan Les Pins. We could see the sea from our Juliette Balcony. We had breakfast on the terrace, everyday. Enjoyed meeting Dobby the cat too. Marianne will look after you and answer you questions and give advice on the areas to visit.
Beautiful hotel a short walk from the hustle and bustle of Juan-Les-Pins. Quiet location amongst residential properties. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean with a large comfortable bed. The pool was an added bonus with a snack bar that opened at lunch-time. The staff could not do enough for us and were polite and welcoming. Great breakfast with lots of choice.
I really liked the location and the cleanliness this hotel has. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. You have the best beaches close to the hotel so you don’t have the need to rent a car if you decide to stay only in Antibes. Our room was quiet spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, the bedsheets and towels were really clean.
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sainte Valerie. The gardens surrounding the property are magical, the breakfasts are delicious, the owners and staff are extremely helpful and thoughtful. The room was perfect, felt large by most European standards. I believe all rooms have a small balcony, which makes the experience even more special.
clean and comfy near to every thing. Beach, shopes, restaurants and touristic places very reachable.
OMG the guy on the reciption morning time is a piece sugar. very helpfull. he got a map and show me every things about Jules les pins, Antibes, Cap D’Antibes and the Old city. I cant stop thank him for his tremendous generosity.
Friendly hosts. Comfortable beds and rooms. Two balconies. Two bathrooms. Nicely arranged and furnished and soundproofed. The perfect place to stay. Close to shops beach and train station. Hope to stay here again some time. Carine is warm and relaxed and makes one feel very welcome
The service is the best the worker in the hotel always smiling always want to help you. The room is beautiful cleaning everything is great in this hotel. The parking in the valet is very good.
Clean appartment and nice area, but not easy to reach and far from most interesting places in both Juan-Les-Pins and Antibes. Other hotels and appartments are better to visit this area.
Nice, cozy hotel, good location a short distance away from the crowds by the beach yet close to the action.
Easy to arrive by train.
Really kind and helpful hosts.
the hotel is wonderfully located directly on the sea, breakfast is best quality the bar is lovely and you meet all the guests there almost every evening...
Simple but nice hotel in a quieter corner of Juan les Pins. As the city itself is rather unattractive, the nice garden with pool was a highlight to relax.
