  • Saint-Pierre Church: built on the site of a chapel founded in the 12th century by Pope Adrian IV, it was renovated in the 16th, 17th, and 19th centuries. It houses 23 stained-glass windows and a baptistery featuring a remarkable early Christian font.

  • The War Memorial on Place Jeanne-d'Arc: topped by a cast-iron equestrian statue of Joan of Arc, unveiled in 1924. It is one of only two monuments of its kind in France outside of Alsace and Lorraine.

  • The Sports and Recreation Park: a 4-hectare space inaugurated in 2013, featuring a skate park and a fitness trail. It is also a sanctuary certified by the League for the Protection of Birds.

How to get to Rognonas?

By car, Rognonas is easily accessible from the A7 highway. Take the Avignon Sud exit, then follow signs for Noves-Châteaurenard, then Rognonas. From Avignon, allow about ten minutes.

The Avignon TGV station is located about 6.5 kilometers away. From the station, you’ll need to take a taxi or rent a car, as there is no direct bus service between the TGV station and Rognonas. The nearest airport is Nîmes-Alès-Camargue-Cévennes, about 45 kilometers away. Marseille Provence Airport is approximately 80 kilometers away.
