How to get to Tarascon?

By train, Tarascon has a well-served SNCF train station. The station is located on Boulevard Gustave Desplaces. Sixteen trains run daily to and from Arles, Avignon, and Marseille.

By car, Tarascon is located at the intersection of the N 570 and D99, 25 km south of Avignon and 20 km north of Arles. Access is via the A7 then the A9 (from Lyon and Montpellier), or the A7 then the A54 (from Marseille).

By bus, several lines serve Tarascon. The ENVIA network offers bus, coach, and shuttle services. The Agglo 20 line connects to the Tarascon SNCF train station. The Sud region operates a bus service with line 56 Avignon > Tarascon and line 54 Cavaillon > Arles.

By plane, Nîmes airport is 30 minutes away and Marseille Provence airport is 1 hour 10 minutes away. Shuttle buses connect these airports to Tarascon.
