The Villecroze tourist office is located at 12 Rue Ambroise Croizat, in the center of the village. It is managed by the Lacs et Gorges du Verdon Community of Communes. The reception is multilingual.
Opening hours vary depending on the season. In high season, it is open Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. On Sundays and public holidays, it is open from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The staff can provide information on hikes and guided tours. You can purchase your fishing license there all year round. A shop sells maps, guidebooks, and local products.

By car, Villecroze is 12.4 miles from Draguignan via the D557. From Aix-en-Provence, it is 57 miles, or about 1 hour and 15 minutes. The A8 motorway, exit 36 Le Muy, takes you there in 30 minutes.
From Nice, take the A8 to exit 36, then the D25 towards Draguignan. Continue on the D557 towards Flayosc, then follow the signs for Villecroze. The journey takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
By public transport, the nearest SNCF train station is Les Arcs-Draguignan, 17 km away. ZOU! Var buses connect this station to Villecroze with a connection in Draguignan. The journey takes about 1 hour and 55 minutes with connections.
Bus line 1222 serves the village. The main stop is at the cave parking lot. Schedules vary depending on the season and day of the week.
