Take route D30 at Montmeyan on D13 which links St Maximin (32 km) to the Ste. Croix lake.

This calm and peaceful village ot Haut Var is situated 12km. from the Verdon Canyons. It is in the middle of woods of green oaks, far from any noise or crowded roads.
In Regusse there remains evidence of the Templar knights. They built a fortified castle here in the 12th century and we can still explore the ruins.

Many walks are possible inside and outside the town especially in the wooded park of 14ha.
All year long there are special events there such as cultural exhibitions, classical music concerts, antique fairs, and even a Kite Festival, unique in the Var !

15th and 16th c. restored mills (one still grinds flour). Agricultural museum.
Ramparts. The old convent.
Notre Dame de la Misericorde Church and its glazed bell tower (1676).
