64 Km from Nice, take the N202 towards Digne, then the D2205 and the D59 on the left.
Ilonse is a very beautiful village perched on a rocky out-crop which commands a magnificent view.
In the back-ground Mount Cocouluche appears to calmly watch over its inhabitants.
